In addition to rescuing all animals, our primary concern is with the preservation of endangered animals, such as lemurs and sloths. We would welcome any financial support from any organization and/or individual(s) who share in our beliefs.
Since we do not get any funding from anywhere else, we rely on our sponsors and/or members to contribute to our center. All of our animals are with us for life, so we ask that you consider becoming a sponsor/member of Wellington Conservation Center to help out with food and vet bills.
The following is a list of fees for animal placement;
A plaque with your contribution will be displayed at the Conservation Center. All contributions go directly to the animals and all contributions are greatly appreciated. We are a 501(c)(3) entity, therefore your contributions are 100% tax deductible and go directly to the health and well being of the animals.
Wellington Conservation Center recently leased 100 acres in northern Wisconsin to build out a Black Bear Sanctuary. At our northern location, we will be accepting bears that are either nuisance bears, orphans, or bears that are injured and cannot be returned to the wild. Please help us with funding for fencing and construction for this project.
We are in need of chain linked fencing, posts and concrete culverts. The enclosures for the black bears will be 2-3 acre sites to replicate a natural habitat for them; not a small cage. Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated.
If you would like to become a member of Wellington Conservation Center for a tax deductible contribution of $25, you can help support the center with the day-to-day maintenance and on going construction. Our only funding comes from generous and caring people like you who are concerned with the future for our children.
Since the Wellington Conservation Center is funded entirely by your contributions, you can also help by sponsoring a specific animal(s) or help in the construction cost of a specific enclosure. Your name and/or your company’s name will be displayed on that specific enclosure for that animal.
At the Center, help is always appreciated. During our construction phase, professional help from all trades would be invaluable. A list of all our vendors that participate will be posted at our Center for public viewing.
There are many ways that you can help by donating goods such as tools, appliances, and any useful item(s) including golf carts, scooters, and even cars and trucks. Any such item is greatly appreciated.
